Multiple Teams · 4 Pillars of Success

Pillar 1 – DISCIPLINE

Specific Behaviors that Drive Our Commitment to Discipline:

  • You set clear, emotionally driven, individual [football & life] and team goals and priorities [Short & Long-Term; Daily, Monthly, Yearly]; do everything in accordance with those goals.
  • You are on time and present for all in-season events.
  • You connect with your Accountability Partner daily. We are a Family.

WHY be DISCIPLINED? BECAUSE (Relate it back to winning in football and in life)

Pillar 2 – DETERMINATION

Specific Behaviors that Drive Our Commitment to Be Determined [How much of ourselves we are willing to put into making our goals a reality]:

  • You PUSH THROUGH failures, setbacks, and adversity and let it drive you forward towards your goals.
  • You NEVER GIVE UP on anything or anyone that drives you forward towards your goals.
  • You NEVER QUIT IN SEASON.

Pillar 3 – DRIVE

Specific Behaviors that Drive Our Commitment to Be Driven:

  • You NEVER get OUT WORKED in anything you decide to give your valuable time to.
  • You STUDY success, winning cultures, champions, etc. [i.e. YouTube, books, social media, online] and aspire to go beyond them.
  • You Go WITHIN YOURSELF [i.e. Journal, Meditate, Deep Thought] and get to know the emotional “why” in why you want to succeed – What motivates you? WHO motivates you? Knowing this and keeping this front of mind in everything that you do will lead to consistently great behavior and results.

WHY be DRIVEN? BECAUSE (Relate it back to winning in football and in life)

Pillar 4 – CHARACTER

  • You don’t interrupt
  • You use MANNERS and always be POLITE
  • You make decisions that elevate you and everyone around you
